The dates for Discharge (498a ) & Framing of Charge could be same ? Initially the date for the Framing of Charges is 16 Januray but we have submitted the Dis Charge Applicaiton. As per lawyer , the date for the Discharge Application cant be before as we already got the date for Framing so discharge will be hearded on that day only i.e. 16 Januray . My confusion is , how to ensure that the 16 Jan hearing is for Discharge not for the Framing of Charges ?
