there is a property , open land under endowment department. it was registered on my grand fathers name under temples act.he has 3 sons and 7 daughters after my gradfather's death eldest son of my grand father become the mutwalli... after his accidental death my bua occupied that land........ and . now she has leased the temple land to private company.. and denied give our share to us..... my question is how she got the rights of becoming mutwalli. without other sibllings permission.. can you please suggest what i can do in this case.. please suggest.. you help is highly appreciated......
