Hello Everyone ,
What is the procedure to use 205 crpc as i want to use it in my case which is 498A,406,504,506 .
For my father : His age 65 (Knee opration held recently )
For my Wife : She is pregnant
I want permanent exemption from personal appearance in 498a for this above people me , my brother and mom will appear in court so please show me the proforma to request honbl judge to grant them permanent exemption .
Secondly i want to know how could i use 239 to quash 498a a whole package .
