sir
as advocate i wish to form a society situating HO at Lucknow to provide our services to the general public on very low fee almost free in the courts as well as advice and compliance work in the various field of laws , almost " a complete solution in one chamber"of society " all its members will be the advocates only and they will be paid per case as determined by the society in every district as well as at the tahsil level , advise me - Is it possible ? or not and how it can be done ?
Resp. Adv. Suresh Mishra, Society can be formed of advocates under co-operative societies act or under public trust act. However, as advocates practising in the legal field, you may form a legal firm, under partnership act or Company's Act. It will be easier to form and will serve your purpose. ddkharpudikar@indiatimes.com
u can easily form out an NGO or law firm for the said purpose....seek consent of like minded persons.
