Sir,
My brother marriage done in UP and his wife and family member hide that she was raped by her father friends as per wife statement in rape case from last five years. they are not file any cases before the marriage but after marriage she filed the case because my brother received call from rapist. sir can we file forgery case against the wife and her family members which are involved in the matter. but in our local police-Delhi not taken file fir against her. what should we do. please suggest any experts. in this reason i left her and she filed 498a, 323 and 406 against me and my family members.
