Then who amongst

. The Developer who has Signed next to his own Fake Thumb Impression in the Deed of Correction,

. The Witnesses who have Attested to the Deed of Correction in the Registry Office,

. The Purchaser in whose Favour the Deed of Correction has been Executed, Or

. The Impostor who has Impersonated the Thumb Impression in the Deed of Correction

Shall be Considered to be Primarily Responsible for the Forgery, &

What is the Maximum Penalty which might be Imposed on the Person who is Guilty of the Fraud?

It depends upon the charges under which clause framed and the outcome of the trial.
