actually i registered with an online trading platform "iforex" and deposited some money to complete the registration the platform assured me that if i am not satisfied with the service they will immediately refund my money to my account after some days of trial version i request a withdrawl and a mail was send to me that the balance has been credited to my account but when i cheked my account no balance was credited and hence i send a mail to iforex accounts and they contacted me and told that amount has been credited to my account and asked for the bank statement i provided them but then no contacts have been made by them and even no credit has been made to my account so please help me what should i do
