My wife and myself foregin national got married in India and stayed here 5 days after marriage after which went bck to Australia.had differences wife stayed with me for 6 mnthd and left me took her belongings from there.
I got Divorced in Australia wife appeared for divorce proceedings asking to not grant based on false 498a,judged granted the divorce as we have jurisdiction based on our citizenship of Australia .Afer which I got remarried in Australia and wife has lodged crpc 125 in india 2 yrs after divorce.
She 's is till foregin national and working in Brisbane since last 7 yrs .
Can she file this case ? What rememdy for myself
