For Marriage

A girl was born in 23.03.2002.. Can she get marriage in April Month of 2020 ?? is there any legal issuse..??

If on the date of marriage she has completed 18 years then she can marry .

if born on 23 march 2002 ,she will be 18 years on her birth day this month

Yes, if she has completed the 18 years of age. As the Date of Birth you have mentioned if it is correct and you have the proof for that.Yes she can but not under coercion or without free consent.
