Quick Summary
A government teacher has been fined ₹2,000 under Section 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, by a sessions court. While the law generally treats all citizens equally regarding service and legal matters, the immediate impact on the teacher's job isn't explicitly stated. Suspension may depend on the employing institution's specific guidelines, but the offence itself shouldn't directly affect their employment status.

All are equal in terms of their service and law as well. We all are guided by laws of land

As per your concern the offence shall not be effecting your job. However, you may or may not be suspended from your services depending upon the institutional guidelines of the institution you work for.

Hope It Helps!

Facts posted are incomplete. Is "Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007" the law concerned? What is the offence that is alleged against you? Which is the Court that has punished you. Please post complete facts.

The maintenance claim for parents do not incur any punishment as stated, facts posted are not very clear. Better to re-draft in English and post separately.
