For knowing IPC section

A person used property paper of which he is the owner and prepaired shop and establishment licence from MCGM, Government authority at some others property by saying that he is the owner of that other property and taken bank loan by using the document's of his property and licence and photographs of some others property. He also signed declaration form by giving wrong information while applying for license. Kindly suggest the IPC under which he will charge.

"A person used property paper of which he is the owner and prepaired shop and establishment licence from MCGM, Government authority..." Statement made is ambiguous and not clear, since owner of the property has all rights to use.

Dr.J C Vashista Sir, please read full statement, he used his paper's on some others property which is not belongs to him. kindly suggest whether it is cheating and forgery or not.

The duty of a citizen is only to file a complaint alleging cheating, fraud, and forgery against the real owner, the bank. Depending on facts the police register the complaint and provide FIR with such sections basing on prima facie investigation into documents.

Yes, for filing a complaint with the police, the citizen need not bothered about the Section of IPC or any other law. Police will take care of that aspect.
