Dear sir
in our co.op society one member expired his wife also nomore,he had no legal will or no nomination mention in society,now his Son come to the society to transfer said propierty in his name so we want advice what docuements we collect from the same person please kindly advice.

Ask the applicant to get a heirship certificate from court . Only on reciept of this certificate the soceity can transfer the said flat in his name.
