I sold my flat 10 months back. But so far, the buyer didn't change the title of flat in his name in the records of corporation and society offices.
The property tax is still coming in my name, and the electricity bill is still coming in my name. I reminded the buyer many times, but he is not listening at all
would you advise suitable legal action that I may take against the buyer

If the buyer is not taking any steps to transfer the records to his name then it is his problem and not yours.
If the electricity bills or any other utility bills are not paid then the concerned department will initiate suitable action to disconnect the services and he will suffer without t he basic amenitites.
In any case you are not a loser, hence don't be bothered about such petty issues, it will not affect you in any manner.
