Quick Summary
This discussion explores how to establish ownership of a newly constructed first-floor flat when it's built on a parent's existing property. @ Sunil,

How does your father own the flat i.e., self-acquired or ancestral ?

If it is self acquired get a gift deed executed in your favour and construct.

You would be the owner pg the new construction. You are the legal heir to the properties held by your father.

sir thanks for your valuable suggestions, also if I will go for bank loan for construction purpose, is that also show as a proof of investment document in that construction along with gift deed.
