There are 3 buildings & builder has completed 2 building given possession & completion certificate for 78 flats in Building A (30 flats )& Building B(48 flats).
Building C got its construction started after 4years. It has 60 flats & booking is open & not all flats sold out.
We have followed up with builder since 4 year to complete society & convinience deed . But builder is ready to form apartment but we denied it.
We raised case in Registar office pune, But found that , builder has influenced registrar (monetary gain)& our case is getting rejected. though we have first registered case to form society & has 60% sign out of 78 flats from 2building.
Registrar is saying that , he has to considered voting from 3 Building (though 3rd building not sold / completed yet ) . Is this correct ?
Incase if case is rejected , will builder be able to form APARTMENT though we first filed case for society formation ?
What action can you suggest that will force builder/ Registrar to form society ?
