Dear Sir:
I bought a resale flat during June'12. Registered document copies arrived in Dec'12. Haven't changed the property document and EB documents in my name yet. Can someone advise me on how change the title name in EB Books and Chennai Property tax documents? Also kindly advise if there is any time limit?
