What are the duties and responsibilities of members of Parliament and state legislative assemblies?
Is there any provision/rule through which the duties, responsibilities and accountabilities of MLAs are fixed?
If not then why we should not fix duties & responsibilities for these guys as they are first to be benefitted from all sources .
