“Insults to religion offered unwittingly or carelessly or without any deliberate or malicious intention to outrage the religious feelings of that class do not come within the section,“ a bench said.

Your quey is not clear whether you are asking from the side of accused or complainant.

Section 295 IPC is non-bailable and cognizable offience.

The Accused needs to apply for the Anticipatory Bail.

Is there any other Section imposed on the accused ?
