Fir quashing under section 498a

My son has got divorced. The FIR filed by his ex-wife under section 498A has also been quashed by the hon'ble High Court on 6th December, 2018. Kindly let me know whether the High court's would send the orders to the Family court itself or shall we have to take a certified copy of the order to the Family court.

Let your lawyer intimate to family court on next date. No need for certified copy of HC order.

You just need to intimate the court, let your lawyer do that in next hearing.

Both. in routine manner the order shall be sent to trial court. you can also obtain certified copy and file the same as intimation to trial court.
