Any complainant can file a complaint in the consumer court for any default about the real estate sector. If the person to whom the notice is sent doesn’t respond to it in a stipulated time, then the aggrieved party files a suit in the appropriate Court of Law. Once the suit is filed in the court, the order will be sent to the respondent by the Court to appear before the court and to answer the charges pressed against them by the opposite party.
