Need some Advise
There is a property Case pending in high court and city civil court , which is in the ending Stage ,
Meanwhile this is happening , the against party have put a fresh case against my son with the charges 341 504 323 34
I would like to know how to come out of this FIR , Can he apply for the passport in this case
as some people say this is a petty case and he will get a passport , and so on
