I have with me NBW and FLW - The Accused has been ordered to pay 4,00,000/- by the High Court. In his Appeal to Supereme Court the court has asked him to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- and proceed with the case.
The Accused approached me to settle the case paying half of the amount i.e., 2,00,000/- which I agreed, but it is only just to make me to wait but no positive action from his side after that.
Can I get the person arrested and proceed with the FLW against his property and recover my money.
Any judgements appreciated regard to FLW.
