R/SIR U HAVE NO RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES FROM NON BENEFICIARY BECOUSE EVERY PERSON HAS A RIGHT TO FIGHT 4 HIS RIGHTS IN LEGAL TERM. HE IS NOT DOING AN ILLRGAL ACT. HE IS NOT USED TO DO ANY ILLEGAL ACT

my father had done gift to my middle brother,of an a property which was purchased bymy grandfather in year 1956. then my grandfather seprated his property with three sons. my fatheris third son.in sepration the agri land bearing survey no 79/1 is came to my father from my grandfather in 1967.now in dec 2010 my father had gift the same land to my middle brother, when me and my yeilder brother are the sons of only one mother.how it is legal. now we have any scope to challenge the gift in court. please directon me.
