Filing Annual Return for OSP

For obtaining OSP any registered company interested in providing Application Services is eligible to apply for License. The company applying for OSP registration must be a company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956. A company can apply for registration to the respective Telecom Enforcement, Resource and Monitoring (TERM) Cells based on the location of the OSP/Telemarketing Centre.

Following documents must be there to complete the procedure:

• Certificate of Incorporation of Private Limited Company
• Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA)
• Board of Resolution or Power of Attorney authorizing the authorized signatory
• Name of Business and Activities Proposed
• List of Directors
• Present Shareholding

The above documents must be certified with seal by a Company Secretary or Director of the Company or Statutory Auditor or Public Notary.
