Unfortunately no legal issue can be solved within a day not only in India but throughout the globe.

you first have to confirm that why did the cyber crime passed instructions to freeze your bank account which you can get it clarified from the cyber police itself, after that you can plan the things to handle it legally if necessary or to get it closed through cyber police itself.

If the cybercrime police have seized your bank account in Gwalior, here are some immediate steps to take: 1. Contact the cybercrime police station: Reach out to the police station where your account was seized and ask for the reason behind the seizure. 2. Seek legal advice: Consult a lawyer specializing in cybercrime and banking laws to understand your rights and options. 3. Gather documents: Collect all relevant documents related to your account, including bank statements, account opening documents, and KYC records. 4. File a complaint: If you believe the seizure was wrongful, file a complaint with the police and the bank. 5. Contact the bank: Reach out to your bank's customer support and explain the situation. They may be able to provide guidance or temporarily unfreeze your account. 6. Cooperate with the investigation: If the seizure is related to an ongoing investigation, cooperate fully with the authorities to resolve the matter. 7. Consider a petition: If the seizure was wrongful, consider filing a petition with the court to lift the seizure and restore access to your account. Remember to act swiftly and seek professional advice to minimize potential damage.
