Fidic 1999 - sc 12.4 (a)


Referring to the subject clause SC 12.4 (a), me as the Contractor, may I claim the cost incurred in lieu of the unabsorbed overheads that was considered part of the Contract selling price, for the omitted scope.
Please advise.
