There is a land purchased by grandfather. He died without making will. He has two sons and a daughter. Daughter got married. Now son1 (elder) asked son2(younger) to take care of grandmother after the death of grandfather. Son2 built a house in half part of land in 1980. son2 took care of mother(grandmother mentioned here) till her death in that house. son1 now wish to build house in remaing part of land but now daughter asks for her share. How property distributed? does it include spouse and children of son1,son2 and daughter? The portion is equal? What relief to son2 given for taking care of grandmother for entire life?
