if he/she was unmarried and that was a single child of their parents and their father has 3 brother 3 sister so after death of he/she who will get their father property.

According to the Hindu Succession Act, a son has the first right as the Class I heirs over the self-acquired property of his father if he dies intestate. Whereas a coparcener has the legal right to acquire his or her share in ancestral property.
