I dhananjay Addagatla residing at Lower parel,and like to ask a query that I am the legal Son n representative of the Room premises located in chawl , we are 2 brothers n a dispute was there for the said room. The relevant documents in respected of the room originally stands in the name of our Deceased father I written a letter to committee Secretary and the and landlord That I have Objection for Name change in the favour of my younger brother. then after few days a meeting was held and mutually agreed to pay some amount due date was 28-2-2012, he paid the amount on 28-1-2012 amount,my family and my mother and me signed a Release deed, but I came to knew that he sold the Room before the meeting and kept Secret and cheated me.
I given the Notice to the younger brother that you have no right to dispose independently, one cc copy has been sent to the landlord , but how can I get possession in the said premises, can I get court order to stop the rent receipt, or can I get Injunction order for taking possession please suggest me.
