Family issues

My divorce case is going in the Court, but nobody is ready to listen me, I m shouting in the Court that I got my wife redhand in the flat of my cousin, but the judge and my wife's lawyer are focusing on are divorce, we have a daughter 11years old, what am I supposed to do, please help
