We have a Family Agreement memorandum , signed by me my mother and brother .. now brother illegaly put his name on all propertys tax documents and maintianig the propertys and refuing to give my share of income and along with mother refusing to agree for registration of our shares.
is the family partition valid?. he omited some propertys from agreemnt witch are joint .
but mu mother gave me another agreement for property she recived in favor of me ..and its registeres ( it is also just family agreement ).
now he challenegs that and claims whole property as his and as long as other is alive he will hold them in his hand and i have no right what so ever.
how can this eb callenged can i go for mutation base don family agreement registered or un registered. unilaterally?
