One of my friend's had two adolescent ( one male & one female ) child and got divorced. The couples were decided to keep one child each. After attained the of age 18 each sue them for their parents properties. Will they entitle to claim their parents assets?

If the nature of property is ancestral then yes otherwise in case of self acquired property the answer is negative.
