I am residing in Bhuj & My father-in-laws are at Patna. Both my father-in-law &mother-in-law has been implicated by the Police wrongly in IRPC 379 for theft of 1200 rupees, There is a title suit pending against the accused and accuser, The accuser husband is servicing in patna police and they are misusing the power. Both by parents are of nearly 65 yrs old and retired. What is the remedial action to get free from the case. Kindly give your valuable suggestion.
