In such circumstances it is mandatory to register FIR U/S 376 IPC, get the prosecutorix examined medically and statement recorded u/s 164 Cr PC, arrest the accused, collect evidences and investigate the crime, if any.

Sir,
A rape is a serious crime which attracts serious investigation and strict punishments. Mere mathcing of mobile gps location is not enough to constitute a henious crime of rape. In India, nearly half of the rape accusations are false. So, there is nothgin to worry, unless there are more evidences to the case besides the location.
