False dowry case

My brother's wife filed a false complaint in women cell at her native place last year and subsequently a compromised was done in written . But again she left him after spending a month with my brother . My parents live with him. And I live in same city but different place. Now she again complained and summon from SDM are here .

So kindly advise

1. Second time complaint has same consequences if case proceeds of 498a

2. What precautions I should I take as I am living with my family before my brother's marriage

3. What else can be done to safeguard my parents and brother all are ininnocent .

Now a days, there are various judgement by Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble high Courts that in 498A cases, the parents are kept away from matrimonial disputes. Try to see whether your brother's wife has any evidence against you or your parents. As your brother to start living separate from his parents.
