False claims of male impotency

What is the usual medical procedure followed in India to prove that a man is potent ? Need to fight a case against false claims of impotency. Would such test(s) done in USA with a certified Doctor, be accepted in a court of law in India ?

Husband and wife lived just for 9 days and had complete s*xual intercourse a few times. After a period of six months without communication between couples (either physically or through phone), Wife had falsely stated that the husband is impotent, with the motive to get the marriage nullified. Husband wants to take appropriate tests and submit to the court to fight the case. While there is no scope for reunion, Husband does not want his personal record to be written in court as Impotent, as such wants to produce medical proof by taking appropriate tests.

Can an advocate who has handled similar situations/cases comment on this ?

1. Never ever fall into such traps.

2. Let her file proper suit matter alleging impotency of husband. Let court Notice serve upon you. You then hire a local advocate found via reference to defend her alleged prayers. Let her then replicate her prayers in accordance with Law. Let Court frame issues and offer her and her Witnesses Examination chance. Then let Court give proper Order to you to submit to medical examination. Then you bring on record medical report of undergone potency test and make the doctor voluntary witness for Examination in such suit matter and so on so forth should happen and;

3. But before above process of court never ever produce any medical reports on your own especially foreign medical report. It is most common trap most of the Indian husband fall into and end up into messy divorce atleast here in India.

4. Rest are your choice how much you want to pre- boost status of your potency before even a Indian Court issued you a proper Order to submit yourself to a medical examination.

Though this advice cannot be termed as legal, but its logical reply.

No use proving in court about potency. No use shagging pen is before nurse in some hospital. Just marry off or go for live-in relation with some other girl, fuc k, make merry, lead happy life, produce kids. Nobody cares, the judge, the lawyer or the judicial system, in short nobody cares who you fuc k with. Why are you behind potency test I cannot understand.

Remember NDT? ND Tiwari? He lived entire life with someone, had fuc ked with someone else when he was young and now at last ball he got married to same girl who is now buddhi.

Life is all about priority, make roaming to court getting justice your priority, and you will lose money, life, and more importantly time or find your own way out of this. Be like water. Water finds its own way.

If you are still determined to go behind potency tag and justice [there is nothing called as justice with regard to marital issues, either you get along or you dont, its as simple as that] then wishing you long and prosperous career in roaming to court halls for next 7-8 years, not to forget the innumerable false cases which your wife will file against you. Try to get a cheap and best lawyer, try securing AB if you contemplate 498a. And also follow TAJOBS advice.
