False case of 279 and 304a

I have been falsely implicated in a case of 279 and 304a. FIR already registered. I am on Police bail

I would like to know the next legal steps. Charge sheet is not yet filed by the Police, I have not received any court summon. What is going to happen next? What should I do? Thanks in advance.

wait and watch till the filing of chargesheet. after that engage a lawyer, if you think that it is neccesry for legal point, if you are able to fight your self then fight yourself. if you have strong proof that this is a false case then file a quashing petition before high court under section 482 of crpc
