my wife made a false allegation that i am impotent but the fact is she is impotent to have s*xual relationship,how can i sue her for false allegation and enclose her impotency ?what are all the remedy i have? now the stage is filing counter from my side. if possible enclose the counter statement in format.

There is no specific format of counter statement. You would have already engaged an advocate. He should be able to draft the counter based on the facts of the case.

what about impotency issue,if she ok with mutual im free to give divorce but she insulted and spoiled my reputation why should i bear her fault,dont i any remedy like defamation and all
