Both issuing and using fake educational certificate attract criminal action and shall be tried accordingly. Punishment which includes jail sentence and penalty, differs from case to case, depending upon seriousness and the damage caused by use of such fake certicates.

This amounts to cheating and creating fake documents and a criminal offense. .
