Fake e- stamps issued in court complexes

A recent discussion highlighted the issue of fake e-stamps being sold in civil court complexes. A user's friend was unfortunately defrauded when purchasing a bond paper for a vendor service agreement, leading to its cancellation. Advice given includes lodging a police complaint against the fraudulent vendor and also reporting the matter to the court registrar with supporting evidence.
