Fake DVA case against me can brings me divorce

Respected sir/madam
I have got married in 2014. in June 2018 I put divorce case HMOP against my wife in cruelty ground. then she put an DVA case against me and my family. now mediation process have over and they moved the case to court. now your kind information I want to know if I prove iam not accused in DVA case can I get divorce. if not means how long it will take to get divorce.

Yes fake DV case is strong ground of divorce under cruelty.

thank u very much for ur reply sir. sir one more question. she is not ready to give me divorce sir. sir my question was 1. if I prove that I am not a accused in DVA case can I get divorce without her opinion in HMOP. 2. otherwise i cancel the current HMOP case after the dismissal of DVA case and i put a fresh HMOP case based upon Fake DVA case . !!!which is best one get the divorce quick sir???????. plz help me sir.
