Fake charge

DEAR SIRS/MADAMS,

I MYSELF ALONG WITH SIX MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY( i/c MY WIFE AND TWO SISTERS) AND THREE MEMBERS OF LOCAL NGO (TOTAL-10 PRSONS) HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED OF RAPE OF A 14YR OLD GIRL IN 2010 .THE CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR THE LAST THREE YERS AND STILL COUNTING. WE KNOW IT WILL BE UNDER INVESTIGATION UPTO ETERNITY AS THERE IS NOTHING TO BE INVESTIGATED, NOTHING IS GOING TO BE FOUND TO BE CHARGESHEETED AS IT IS A FAKE. THE QUESTION IS " CAN I COUNTER CHARGE THOSE WHO FILED THE CASE IN A HIGHER COURT".

Three females have also been charged with the offence of rape??

No you can't counter charge but you can file a petition in Hon'ble High Court under section 482 of CrPC for quashing of the proceedings, if you have very strong grounds.
