Expeditite petition

Sir / Madam, What happens if expeditite petition is accepted? And what if Bench changes after acceptance of expeditite petition? Do we have to put again other petition before new bench?

As per your question, let me tell you that acceptance of expedite petition means your application has been considered for expedited processing, ahead of normal processing times. And, you can expect to get your case approved between 7-10 days from the date you received the mail.

And the changing of bench doesn't make any difference to the petition and thereby, you don't need to file for expedite again and again.
