Dear Experts,
A client of mine who has been duped for Rs 14.5 Lakhs and also got married with the accused has registered the case against the accused in 420 and the matter is of 2008.
the case has just came to me and i need to know the procedures to expedite the matter...
Should i request the M.M Court of Mumbai for it?
or should i apply for it in High Court??

Please go to High Court and apply of Speedy Trial.

File an application for speedy trial in the M.M Court of Mumbai itself.
