Exparte decree

The defendant is working abroad. Due to lack of correct address, the summons cannot be sent from the court. Therefore, exparte order has been placed on the defendant. I request you to help me to resolve this.

Quick Summary
An ex parte decree has been issued against a defendant working abroad because court summons could not be delivered to their correct address. To resolve this, the defendant must engage a local lawyer to file a petition to set aside the ex parte order. If successful, the case will be reopened, allowing the defendant to participate in the proceedings.

The defendant has to approach an advocate and file a set aside petition and once allowed, he can particiapte in the suit that would be restored

The defendant has to apply for setting aside ex-parte degree through a local prudent lawyer.

If the  suit is not worthy and don't affect you leave it, if it affects you file petition to set aside.
