execution petition

while execution petition one will is came after decreased objector legal representative of objector submit vasiyat nama but signature of objector ( decreased) different one signature is affidavit of objector and one is on vasiyat both signature are different so it's can froud of signature? what step judge Can take if judge find different signature

The Hon'ble judge may insist for confirmation of signature or getting expert's opinion on such signature. Signatures may differ from place to place, and whether signature is genuine and by the executor or not is the key issue to be determined basing on such records and handwriting experts recognised by court.
