execution of M20 bond by MC members of cooperative housing society z

dear learned advocates

is there requirement now to still execute M20 by all cooperative housing society managing committee members

if yes any evidence or Maharashtra govt GR etc

Dear Advocate

All elected members of a housing society after election have to submit M20 bond stating that they are jointly and severally would be liable for criminal prosecution for any fraud or illegal action committed by them. Since its a voluntary service.
