Execution of lease

Lease executed of MCGM land without NOC from MCGM, consequences?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the serious consequences of executing a lease on MCGM land without obtaining the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) from MCGM. It highlights that such a lease deed may lack legal binding force and be unenforceable in court. The thread also raises questions about the definition of MCGM and the necessity of obtaining NOCs before entering into lease agreements.

Hello,

The lease deed has no binding force. In case of dispute the lease deed is unkown to mcgm. It is not enforceble in law. You have to seek noc from mcgm before entering into lease deed.
