I want to exchange my land with that of my friend. The lands are situated under two diffrent Tahsil office in Orissa. There is a diffrence in the price of the two lands.Pl. help me know the followings.
1) Is there any legal method to exchange land without paying any stamp duty.
2)Do we require to pay stamp duty on the price difference of the two lands.
