my grandfather worked in indian navy 1945 - 1962. he worked in world war 2. at the time government allotted land for him..my family members using that land but not given patta because vao officer asking me land allotment order copy..my questions below
1. where I can get that allotment order copy

Meet the village revenue officer and make an application with such available records, revenue records, etc and they may issue a patta. Otherwise, you may have to approach a court of law, and file a declaration suit.
